PURCHASING STAFF (3)

Graduate of any Engineering or 4-year course

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Assist in the proper planning and procurement of materials
needed in Factory, Shipbuilding and Ship Repair operations

Review purchase requisitions, solicit bid proposals
and prepare purchase orders for goods and services

Negotiate or renegotiate and administer contracts
with suppliers and other representatives

Conduct delivery management of ordered items

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be honest and with high level of integrity

Must possess good oral and written communication skills

Knowledgeable in MS Office Application

Must have initiative, aggressive and hardworking

Must be highly trainable and a team player

Willing to work overtime if necessary
