houses offer more than just a pleasant stay, but a memorable experience.
Guests can also stay at our staff houses located in Arpili and
Buanoy. THICI also provides separate guesthouses for surveyors.
Nestled inside THICI compound in Balamban, these bamboo houses
provide safety and comfort for our visitors during their stay
at THICI.

For long staying Owner's Representative/Class Surveyors who
wishes to bring their own family, can now stay at the Greenhouse. It
is Located besides K & A staffhouse and Bamboo houses. It is a two story
room, dinning, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with own bathroom equipped with bathtub/shower.
