To be able to produce world class quality ships at the most competitive price, THICI has also embarked on various training programs in Japan and locally to enhance the managerial and technical values and skills, thereby contributing to the total development of all team leaders and members.

The company has invested a substantial amount of it's resources in training and education as it believes that only through continuous introduction of new ideas, trends, acquisition of latest technology will the organization be able to compete globally in the shipbuilding and ship-repair business.

Since the onset of its establishment (1994-present), the company has sent hundreds of trainees to Japan (Tsuneishi and Tadotsu Factory) for skills training and study of Japanese culture and language.
